I hope that everyone is having a wonderful weekend and a very Happy Easter! I don't celebrate Easter instead I have been card and paper crafting for most of this long weekend. Wedding season is beginning and I have a list of cards that I need to make for the next few months so I thought I would get a head start on them this weekend. This is the card that I made for Shaun's friend's wedding in May.

Project Supplies:
Pattern paper: SEI
Ribbon
Bling: Heidi Swapp
Tools: Threading water punch, corner rounder
Anita and I went to Kerry and Ethel's bridal shower a few weeks ago and here is the card that I made for them. The congratulations part of the card was an idea taken from one of the Hero Arts stamps that I saw on their website.

One of the techniques that I have wanted to try in my cards is pop-ups. So I thought that this would be a great opportunity to test it out. Here is what the inside of the card looks like.

Project Supplies:
Pattern Paper: Basic Grey
Ribbon: Kate's Paperie
Bling: Heidi Swapp
Stamps: Hero Arts (Four Dolls)
I mimicked part of my design from Kerry and Ethel's card on this one that I made below. One of my co-workers is publishing a book and her book signing event is at our school so I thought it would be nice to acknowledge such a pivotal accomplishment in her career.
